Bridges 1m – 3.5m long bridges will be delivered in kit form within 5-8 working days (2-4 working days for Turbo delivery). If you required timed or weekend delivery please contact us for a price.
Bridges 4m – 4.8m long bridges will be delivered within 8-20 working days from order (turbo delivery available on request). These may be delivered in Kit form by HGV on the pallet network. Please be prepared to off load them from the lorry by fork lift or manually (will require minimum 2x persons). If you required timed or weekend delivery please contact us for a price.
Delivery timescales are approximate and in rare occasions delivery timescales can be shorter or longer depending on our workload. Please bear in mind we build our own products to order and and peak times it can be difficult to match supply to demand.
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
All of our products available to buy through the website are delivered by a third party courier on our behalf.
Some of our products are delivered part assembled or in kit form with full instructions. Please check before ordering.
We also offer Saturday delivery and morning delivery, please contact us for a price.
If you wish to track your order you can contact us, and we will inform you of the status of your order.
When ordering please leave at least one telephone number so that we can pass this on to the delivery driver in the event of any delivery problems.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door by a third party courier service. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods. Some of our larger bridges are often large and heavy so the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading. In this event we will contact you to arrange this.
IMPORTANT: If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must sign for the goods “damaged” on the carrier’s delivery consignment note, and inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the goods “unchecked” or anything else but “damaged” we will not be able to make a valid claim on your behalf with the courier. Failure to comply with this may mean that it may not be possible to replace/refund your goods.
GardenBridge.co.uk Limited will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
