Important Delivery Details

Thank you for placing your order with Gardenbridge.co.uk, please read the important delivery notes below.
Once your order has been place you will receive a conformation email.
Bridges 1m – 3.5m long bridges will be delivered within 5-8 working days for standard delivery or 2-4 working days for Turbo delivery. If you required timed or weekend delivery please contact us for a price.
Bridges 4m – 4.8m long bridges will be delivered within 7-12 working days from order (3-5 working days for turbo delivery). These may be delivered in Kit form by HGV on the pallet network. Please be prepared to off load them from the lorry by fork lift or manually (will require minimum 2x persons). If you required timed or weekend delivery please contact us for a price.
Delivery timescales are approximate and in rare occasions delivery timescales can be shorter or longer depending on our workload. Please bear in mind we build our own products to order and and peak times it can be difficult to match supply to demand.
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time and signed for as damaged. You must also notify us of the damage or missing parcels within 24 hours. We do not accept any liability for any order lost or damaged in transit by a third party courier.
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery
We will deliver your order to the order address. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8:00am and 6:00pm in the agreed day of delivery.
Some of our bridges are large and in parcels weighting up to a maximum of 60kgs so a capable person must be available on the delivery day to assist the delivery driver in the unloading. All delivery are made to the doorstep. If this is not possible please contact us prior to dispatch to make alternative delivery arrangements that may incure additional delivery charges.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the us and we reserve the right to charge you an delivery or additional re-delivery charge or charges.
Our standard delivery charges apply’s only to mainland UK (excluding northern Scotland). If you require delivery to outside this delivery zone please contact us for an alternative delivery price.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, road closures, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
